This was a complex campaign running across multiple brands and dealerships. We planned and project managed the entire event from concept to completion including; the original creative, the finished artwork, personalised URLs (PURLs) and emails, personalised DMs (direct mail), all print, production and mailing, data management, telephone prospecting and full campaign reporting. THE IMPACT
A total of 87,000 DMs were sent, along with 56,000 emails and 37,000 calls made. The number of cars sold almost doubled the previous year’s benchmark, an increase of 86%.
